Bilingual BPO and outsourcing

Experienced bilingual agents based in Madagascar, coordinated from Montreal. Available during Eastern time business hours. A team already trained, not a hiring project.

On the technical side, fifteen years designing and evolving high-volume commerce, pricing and payment systems across North America, Europe and Africa.
